Never read on daily basis.

If you have time - go for 30 - 45 minutes/day must be read. 

Newspaper best source to do value addition. Had to do a lot after Prelims to search online. 

Make digital notes, in that way you can edit and easy to maintain. 

Answer Writing: 

I was working even 10 days before Prelims hence very less test series. 3 Half Length Test series but analysed multiple answer copies avalaible online. Relied lot on value addition.
